CLASSES AND COURSES
This program is an opportunity for parents to work with their children in a socially positive environment on developing social, physical, and behavioral skills. The role of the +1 will go down as the confidence and abilities of the CHAMPION increases.
In our Little's program children learn basic martial arts skills, develop balance and coordination and gain strength. Personally they grow in maturity, improve in the traits of discipline and self confidence. This class is a 45 minute class with options for one or two days a week.
This class is the class for anyone 7 and older from any ability level. You will develop your self confidence, strength, discipline, and overall fitness. You will learn traditional Korean Taekwondo forms (Kukkiwon patterns) and Olympic style sparring. Competition in tournaments is an added option. Classes are two days a week. Class times are dependent on the age.
WARRIOR FITNESS AND SELF DEFENSE
This course combines basic fitness program and Warrior Self Defense skills and practice. It is for teens through adults and is taught as a private lesson or small-group lesson (as coordinated). If you are looking to improve your overall fitness level and add self defense confidence to your everyday life, this class is for you
For those students that are looking to put the extra effort to become stronger competitors, so when they can become competitive at the regional and higher level competions.
